Contribution Processing Volunteer
The love of money may be a root of all kinds of evil, but the management of money is an important part of every ministry at Fairfax Community Church. The management of money starts with counting and processing the contributions that are given each week. Properly recording each gift is crucial to honoring the generous and sacrificial offerings that our congregation makes as part of worshipping our God. You can be a part of the ministries of this church simply by giving three to four hours of your time to help count and process the weekly contributions. Contribution Processors working in teams of two, record all of the offerings from the weekend services. The process involves praying, counting, entering data into the computer, double checking for accuracy and photocopying.
