Day 15: Gratitude

Scripture:
“I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:12-13‬

Prayer:
Lord, thank you for teaching me the secret of contentment and showing me what it means to have a grateful heart. Because of you, I can rejoice in every situation—whether life is going smoothly or I’m in the midst of struggle. In difficult times, you are the sustenance that gives me strength. When I’m thirsty or hungry, you provide me with living water and daily bread. Thank you for your provision over my life. Remind me that being a recipient of your love and grace is more than enough, and that everything I need in life has already been given to me at the cross. You will always be my portion. May I live each day with a content heart. May my words, thoughts, and actions be an expression of gratitude that is pleasing to you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

How will Jesus show up in my day today?
Do I have the eyes and ears to see and hear the wonders of his love and mercy?
How will I experience his grace? Will I see something miraculous? Something hope-filled that will transform me?
