Book of Galatians

Day 14

READ Galatians 2:19-20
“For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

COMMENTARY:
In these verses, Paul reflects on the transformative impact of Christ’s death and resurrection in his own life. He emphasizes that through his identification with Christ, he has been crucified with Christ and now lives by faith in Him. Paul’s testimony serves as a powerful reminder of the centrality of Christ in the life of a believer.

Questions to ponder:

  • Reflect on Paul’s declaration that he has been crucified with Christ. What does this statement mean to you personally?
  • Consider the significance of living by faith in Christ. How does this perspective shape your understanding of identity and purpose?
  • Reflect on your own relationship with Christ. How does His death and resurrection impact your daily life and decisions?
