Day 1: God’s Voice in Justice

Scripture: Micah 1:1
The word of the Lord that came to Micah of Moresheth during the reigns of Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah—the vision he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.

Reflection:
The book of Micah begins with a clear declaration: God speaks through His prophets to confront injustice. Micah’s message was not just for Israel but for all people. His words remind us that God sees and judges the actions of nations. Justice begins with listening to God’s voice, which calls us to righteousness and accountability. When we ignore His voice, we risk perpetuating the very injustices He condemns.

Question:
How can you create space to hear God’s voice about justice in your life and community?
